1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads.

Once payment has been successfully processed, access to the product is granted immediately or shortly thereafter.

Due to the digital nature of these products, they cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.

2. No Refunds After Access

​​

In terms of Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the right to cancel within the cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once:

• The download has begun, or

• Access to the digital product has been provided with the consumer’s consent.

 

By completing your purchase and accessing the product, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You waive any cooling-off rights applicable to digital downloads once access has been granted.

• All sales are final once the template has been accessed or downloaded.

3. exceptions

​

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error.

• You were charged multiple times for the same product.

• The file is materially defective and cannot be accessed, and the issue cannot be resolved through reasonable support.

 

Requests for assistance must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

 

We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
